Most older devices operate very slowly due to an outdated hard disk (HDD). As the name implies, these devices contain several disks that store all your data from your photos and videos to the operating system itself which makes your entire device usable. These drives can be good for storing simple files, like photos/videos or backups of devices, as these access files in a more constant motion. But when running an operating system like Windows or macOS, the drive is overwhelmed with reading/writing tons of data all at once to run all the tasks that make your device function. The moving drive head that is responsible just cannot keep up, which slows down your device. SSDs are a newer and more reliable form of storage that stores data in a chip or a series of chips, like USB thumb drives. This allows an OS to read and write data quickly, without having to wait for a drive head to get there. These drives are also less prone to issues resulting in data loss, as there are no moving parts to fail, losing the data. With this low-cost upgrade, we guarantee your device will run like never before, allowing you to tasks faster. 

Devices like USB Flash Drives, Hard Disks, Or SSDs can fail over time, especially when companies use cheap components that are a ticking time bomb on your crucial data. When they start to fail you can get unexpected behavior, such as your computer slowing down, files opening slowly or not opening at all, and worst of all, your drive does not even show up on your computer. We use special tools and hardware to manually read what RAW data we can get from your device. I'm many cases, this RAW data can be recompiled into the files you were looking for on your device. Sometimes, even if you delete a file accidentally, it can be recovered using these special tools.
